1. General Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by PT Akal Cipta Teknologi ("Ideact AI"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. PT Akal Cipta Teknologi is domiciled at Tower Altuera - Southgate Apartment, Jl. Nangka Selatan Raya No.6, South Jakarta.

2. Services

Ideact AI provides strategic AI consulting, custom AI agent development, data analytics, intelligent process automation, and the Eduplan SaaS platform. The scope of services shall be defined in a separate agreement between Ideact AI and the client.

3. Eduplan Product

Eduplan is an AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for curriculum planning. Use of Eduplan is subject to the following terms:

  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
  • Subscription plans are billed monthly according to the selected plan.
  • Free trials are valid for 14 days with full access to all features.
  • Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Payment

Payment for Eduplan services can be made via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, E-Wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), Virtual Account, or QRIS. All prices exclude 11% VAT and are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first month of subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials provided by Ideact AI, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are the property of PT Akal Cipta Teknologi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Indonesia.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ideact AI provides services "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. For Eduplan subscriptions, cancellation can be made at any time through account settings and will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through deliberation, and if no agreement is reached, shall be settled at the South Jakarta District Court.
