Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Ideact AI (PT Akal Cipta Teknologi) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Eduplan subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your initial charge, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of the first successful payment.
  • Only valid for the first month or first year subscription purchase for new users.
  • Not valid for subscription renewals in subsequent months or years. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Process

Send a refund request via email to hi@ideact.id with the subject "Eduplan Refund Request". Please include the following information in the email:

  • The email address registered with your Eduplan account.
  • Proof of payment (receipt or order number).
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional, for our feedback).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed and sent back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
